Each charter comes with an expert crew, lifesaving gear, fuel, and a selection of basic drinks. The particulars included can vary depending on the type of charter – for instance, sundown voyages feature upscale refreshments and appetizers, while corporate charters offer facilities suited for conferences and options for business-grade catering.
When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, it's wise to book your charter 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during the busiest season from May to September. For business functions and private celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks ahead of time offers a better guarantee for availability and provides ample opportunity for personalizing your event.
What's the procedure for inclement weather?
Our primary concern is your safety. If the captain deems the weather conditions dangerous, we will propose an alternative charter date or give a full reimbursement. We keep a close watch on the weather forecasts and will get in touch with you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if we anticipate poor weather.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Guests are allowed to bring their own provisions and non-alcoholic beverages aboard. We also offer bespoke catering services and can tailor food and drink menus to suit your preferences. Please be aware that we do not allow glass containers on board due to safety considerations.
Are the yachts equipped to support guests with limited mobility?
We are committed to accommodating all our guests. Certain yachts in our fleet are equipped with better facilities for accessibility. We suggest discussing your specific requirements at the time of booking so we can recommend the most appropriate vessel and make the necessary preparations for your comfort and convenience.
Could you explain your policy for cancellations?
For cancellations that occur 72 hours or more before departure, we offer a complete refund. Those made 24–72 hours prior to departure are subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations within a 24-hour period do not qualify for a refund unless the cancellation results from unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our end.
